The texts of this site and its structure are protected by copyright; they belong to the Sageocratie Internationale association or to their respective authors. The name “Sageocracy” and the seal are the association's distinctive signs.

The preview images associated with pages and articles, visible in particular when they are shared on social networks, were generated by artificial intelligence: the association claims no copyright over them. Some illustrations on this site, including the portraits on the cards shown as examples, were generated by artificial intelligence; these portraits bear fictitious names and do not depict any real person. The world map in the page banners is taken from NASA's "Blue Marble" image (July 2004), which is in the public domain.

Personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data.

The data collected upon registration as a Sageocrat (title, first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail, country, city and, where applicable, telephone, a parent's e-mail and the card photo) is used exclusively for the management of the worldwide register of Sageocrats and to inform registrants of developments in the project. The data collected via the contact form (first name, last name, e-mail, country, city, subject, message, and where applicable telephone) is used exclusively to respond to the request addressed to the association.

The legal basis is the explicit consent of each person at the time of their registration and, for the contact form, the legitimate interest of the association in responding to the requests addressed to it. The data controller is the Association Sageocratie Internationale, represented by its founder and president, Yannick Costechareyre.

The data of the worldwide register is kept for as long as the registration remains active. Any registered person may unregister at any time, from their personal space or via the contact form. The data resulting from the contact form is kept for the time necessary to process the request, and for a maximum of three years after the last exchange.
