In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data.

The data collected upon registration as a Sageocrat (first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail, country, city) is used exclusively for the management of the worldwide register of Sageocrats and to inform registrants of developments in the project. The data collected via the contact form (first name, last name, e-mail, country, city, subject, message, and where applicable telephone) is used exclusively to respond to the request addressed to the association.

The legal basis for this processing is explicit consent, given by each person at the time of their registration or of making contact. The data controller is the Association Sageocratie Internationale, represented by its Founder-President, Yannick Costechareyre.

The data of the worldwide register is kept for as long as the registration remains active. Any registered person may request the erasure of their data at any time, via the contact form. The data resulting from the contact form is kept for the time necessary to process the request, and for a maximum of three years after the last exchange.
